For the third time, NNDKP and Musat & Asociatii have obtained a dismissal of the extraordinary means of challenge filed by a Romanian steel manufacturer against a major German producer of steel and industrial components.
The head of the French operator’s legal department commented:Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen assisted the Romanian subsidiary of the largest French telecom company in implementing one of the most innovative projects launched in Romania, consisting of television services which will be provided both via the DTH (satellite) and the OTT technologies (over the top – receiving TV services via internet).
