On September 11, Alexandru Aparaschivei, Tax Partner, NNDKP Tax Advisory Services, was a speaker at the ZF Live special edition, where he discussed together with the host, Cristian Hostiuc, about the tax amnesty introduced by the Emergency Ordinance no. 107/2024, and the most important measures for taxpayers as well as their implementation in the following period.
Alina Radu, Partner and Head of NNDKP`s Banking and Finance practice, was a speaker at the online debate about credit administrators and the creditor’s obligation to renegotiate the loan, organized by Juridice.ro on September 9.
The Emergency Ordinance no. 107/2024 concerning the regulation of certain fiscal and budgetary measures in the management of budget claims and the budget deficit for Romania’s general consolidated budget in 2024, as well as the amendment and completion of certain normative acts was published in the Official Gazette no. 905/September 6th, 2024.
