- successful representation of a global full-range supplier of solid wood and wood-based material in an environmental litigation initiated by a private organization for environmental protection over the construction of a new OSB manufacturing line with a capacity of 300,000 sq.m. in Radauti
- assistance to an American company operating in the harbor loading/unloading and storage of grains industry in connection to the recognition and enforcement of an arbitral award of USD 7 million against a Romanian insolvent company
