NNDKP Assists a Spanish Consortium and Facilitates the Rehabilitation of DN 76 Stei – Beius
The Bucharest Court of Appeals admitted the claim filed by a Spanish Joint Venture, represented by Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen and consequently obtained a decision imposing the Romanian National Company for Highways and National Roads (CNADNR) to sign the contract for the rehabilitation of DN 76 Stei – Beius.

The NNDKP summer internship program now covers all regional offices
Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen announced today the completion of the seventh edition of its “NNDKP Summer School” dedicated to students, part of the campaign “Let your law career begin”, whereby the firm supports and encourages students in their choice to become members of the legal profession. Just as last year, the 2011 program was implemented in all university centers where NNDKP has regional offices: Timişoara, Braşov, Craiova and, for the first time, Cluj–Napoca.

Ana-Maria is also part of the NNDKP team coordinating disputes having as subject matter aspects related to pharmaceuticals. At the same time, Ana-Maria coordinates the legal assistance provided in the Pharmaceuticals, Gaming and Consumer Protection areas.

NNDKP Continues the Process of Team Consolidation with the Promotion of Two Partners and Six Senior Associates
Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP) started this year with a series of promotions among partners and senior associates. Luminiţa Dima, associate manager and head of the Employment practice and Radu Damaschin, senior associate in the Dispute Resolution department, have been promoted to the position of remunerated partners. Additionally, six associates were promoted to the level of senior associate.
