• day-to-day advice to a major Austrian construction company in connection with the implementation of the FIDIC agreements concluded with the Romanian National Company for Road Infrastructure Administration for the design and construction of two major motorways in Romania and other national roads, in respect of raising and substantiating the contractors’ claims under such agreements, assistance during DAB procedures and preparing the merits of the case to be upheld before courts
• advice to a Spanish company specialized in the execution of turnkey projects in the energy sector with various legal or contractual issues arisen from the implementation of a sectoral contract for the construction of a new gas power plant in Transylvania
• assistance to a Spanish company within various contractual disputes derived from the implementation of a FIDIC agreement for the rehabilitation of the runaway of a major airport in the south-west of Romania
• a travel retailer and distributor in connection with participating in and structuring Master Concession public procurement projects in Romania in the travel retail sector, mainly in major airports and railway stations
