Cristina Bidiga – Speaker at the Cluj 2016 HR Summit Conference
During March 17 and 18, the annual HR Summit conference was organized in Cluj-Napoca. NNDKP was a partner of the event.
Cristina Bidiga was a speaker on the first day of the conference, with a presentation on Formalities upon the termination of the employment agreement – from impediments to advantages. The participants presented and discussed aspects such as the conclusion and termination of the labor agreement, formalities upon dismissal and dismissal due to reasons related to the employee’s person.
