Alina Radu and Diana Ispas – Speakers at the “CEE Finance and Capital Markets Workshops”
Between 6th to 7th of October 2016, Alina Radu, Partner and Head of the Banking and Finance practice and Diana Ispas, Managing Associate and coordinator of the Capital Markets practice attended the “CEE Finance and Capital Markets Workshops” organized by Freshfields Brukhaus Deringer in Vienna.
Alina held a presentation on “Debt Restructuring in Romania” and talked about various hot topics related to workouts and restructuring. Diana held a presentation on the “New Romanian covered bonds legislation” and discussed various topics related to new capital markets legislation, including the new market abuse regime.
