Georgeta Dinu – speaker at the Competition in Public Procurement – Rules of the Game for Consortia conference
On June 29, 2017 the Competition Council in partnership with AmCham Romania organized the “Competition in Public Procurement – Rules of the Game for Consortia” conference.
Georgeta Dinu, head of our Competition and State Aid practice, was invited as a speaker and delivered a presentation on “The subjective impossibility to individually fulfill the requirements of the awarding documentation in normal business conditions – analysis landmarks”.
The event brought together representatives of all relevant central authorities, academia, legal and business community such as Mr. Bogdan Chiritoiu (President, Competition Council), Bogdan Puscas (President, National Agency for Public Procurement), Silviu Popa (President, National Council for Solving Complaints), Gratiela Gheorghe (Director, Auction and Petitions Directorate, Competition Council), Alexandra Lacranjan (Prosecutor, National Anticorruption Directorate) and Valentin Trif (Prosecutor, Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism) as well as lawyers from other local law firms (DLA Piper, Schoenherr, David & Baias, Zamfirescu Racoti & Partners and Wolf Theiss).
