Tax Flash No. 7/2018

Law no. 175/2018 regarding the amendment and completion of art. 291 para. (2) of Law no. 227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code, was published in Official Gazette 611/2018

It is provided that the VAT reduced rate of 9% applies for water supply and sewerage services, thus extending the application of the VAT reduced rate of 9% also for sewerage services.
These amendments will apply from January 1, 2019.
