NNDKP at a seminar on critical/legal contractual issues related to FIDIC contracts
On 8 March 2019, NNDKP was at the New FIDIC 2017 Contracts, a seminar organized by Prime Consulting at Premier Palace in Bucharest, Romania.
Our Partner, Razvan Vlad was one of the speakers at the event, which focused on the Romanian legal aspects related to CCMS (Construction Claims Management Systems, DAB, statutes of limitations with respect to claims of both the Contractor and Employer from Romanian law perspective and the relation between Unforeseeable Physical Conditions and Force Majeure under FIDIC & hardship under the Romanian Law.
