Promotions at NNDKP
Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen announced today its 2019 promotions.
Roxana Abrașu (Employment) and Șandor Gal (NNDKP Brașov) were promoted to Managing Associate positions. Emanuel Bondalici (Dispute Resolution), Mihaela Ceaușescu (Dispute Resolution), Tudor Ciambur (Real Estate), Raluca Gabor (Corporate/M&A), Ion Loga (Timișoara office), Vlad Nicolae (Dispute Resolution) and Ionuț Stancu (Employment) were promoted to Senior Associate positions. Mihai Șerbu (Tax Advisory Services) was promoted to the position of Tax Manager.
Currently, the NNDKP team comprises 32 partners, over 120 lawyers and tax and intellectual property consultants, as well as 80 employees in the supporting departments.

Roxana Abrașu, Managing Associate
Roxana Abrașu has over nine years of professional experience in providing legal assistance in employment matters. She assists local and international clients on individual and collective labor relations, both in the context of major projects and day-to-day labor matters.
In addition, Roxana has extensive experience in matters related to the conclusion, amendment, suspension and termination of employment contracts; drafting and revision of internal regulations and policies; conclusion and performance of collective employment contracts; implementation of individual and collective dismissals, and implementation of business transfers.
Șandor Gal, Managing Associate
Șandor Gal has over 14 years of professional experience as both in-house counsel and legal practitioner. His practice focuses on dispute resolution matters, administrative, tax, customs, civil and commercial law issues, local public procurement projects of over RON 30 million, construction agreements and real estate matters.
Șandor’s practice covers not only issues arising in Brasov County, but also in the adjacent counties from the Transilvania and Moldova regions. Moreover, Sandor has extended managerial attributions and is currently the coordinator of NNDKP Brasov office.
Emanuel Bondalici, Senior Associate
Emanuel Bondalici has over six years of professional experience in the dispute resolution area. He advises and represents clients from various industry sectors in tax and transfer pricing litigation, administrative disputes, especially in the recovery of APIA funds, litigation with professionals as well as in insolvency proceedings.
Mihaela Ceaușescu, Senior Associate
Mihaela Ceaușescu has over 11 years of professional experience in the dispute resolution area. She represents clients from various industry sectors, such as energy and natural resources, agri-business and banking and finance, in disputes related to employment, commercial, banking and corporate issues, tax and administrative law, as well as restitution proceedings.
Tudor Ciambur, Senior Associate
Tudor Ciambur has over seven years of professional experience in providing legal assistance in the real estate area. His expertise focuses on due diligence processes related to real estate projects (large-scale office, residential and commercial buildings, logistic parks, photovoltaic/ wind parks, acquisition of large farms), and on matters related to permitting and town planning.
He is also experienced in drafting and negotiating sale-purchase agreements and lease agreements for major real estate projects and premises.
Raluca Gabor, Senior Associate
Raluca Gabor has approximately six years of professional experience in providing legal assistance in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions as well as energy and natural resources. Her field of expertise covers every aspect related energy and natural resources sector, including oil & gas resources industry matters, energy efficiency, renewable, thermal and cogeneration energy.
She also assists clients on corporate and commercial law matters, with the focus on mergers and acquisitions projects.
Ion Loga, Senior Associate, Timișoara office
Ion Loga has over eight years of professional experience in the dispute resolution area. His practice focuses on dispute resolution related to tax, customs, banking, real estate, insolvency as well as out-of-court procedures.
Vlad Nicolae, Senior Associate
Vlad Nicolae has over six years of experience in providing legal assistance. He is specialized in representing international clients in a wide range of disputes, such as commercial, administrative, enforcement and insolvency. Vlad has specialized in consumer protection matters as well as medical malpractice and has assisted clients in public procurement procedures for land concessions.
He represents foreign investors in disputes related to public authorities, assisted international investment funds and real estate developers in complex insolvency proceedings, including one of the largest group insolvencies in Romania, and is involved in coordinating a portfolio of cases related to the recovery of debts from non-performing loans for one of the most important banking institutions in Romania.
Ionuț Stancu, Senior Associate
Ionut Stancu has approximately seven years of professional experience in providing legal assistance in employment law. He assists clients in matters related to working time organization, restructuring of labor force (including the implementation of individual and collective dismissals), employee transfer procedures, due diligence on employment relations, negotiation and execution of collective employment agreements, drafting and revision of internal policies, disciplinary investigation proceedings and dispute resolution on employment law issues.
He assists clients from diverse industries and sectors, including banking and finance, automotive, pharmaceuticals, professional services, media and entertainment.
Mihai Șerbu, Tax Manager
Mihai Serbu has over seven years of experience in tax advisory services. His field of expertise covers transaction tax advice, tax due diligence, tax compliance, restructuring tax advice, assistance in dealing with tax authorities, implementation of tax procedures and transfer pricing.
