NNDKP is proud to be the exclusive contributor to the Romanian chapter of the book “Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights in the EU Member States”, an overview of intellectual property rights enforcement in the EU Member States.
Partners Ana-Maria Baciu, Sorina Olaru and Andreea Bende and Senior Associate Daniela Ghervas authored the Romanian chapter that proposes an integrated perspective covering both consultancy and litigation angles.
The book is the collaborative effort of a group of reputed experts in the intellectual property field, lawyers from top tier firms representing all 28 EU Member States. The book is intended to be a valuable resource for both practitioners and general counsel who seek an in-depth analysis of the legal landscape across the EU.
