On 12 March, Sorina Olaru, Partner in our Dispute Resolution practice, spoke at the Central & Eastern Europe Regional Conference of Dispute Resolution Board Foundation: “Dispute Boards: Two Versions, One Truth”.
Sorina joined the panel “Uncommon and uncivil? The truth about presenting evidence to DBs”. The discussion focused on the comparison of the different approaches of civil and common law parties and practitioners to the presentation of evidence to DBs and other international ADR tribunals.
