- assistance to a leading insurance company in a series of disputes before administrative courts, in relation to the suspension and the annulment of the decision of the State Authority for Financial Supervision (ASF) to withdraw the functioning authorization;
- ongoing assistance and representation of a major credit institution, before Romanian courts, of various degrees, in over 150 civil, consumer protection and banking litigation cases, as well as insolvency and enforcement proceedings;
- assistance of a Luxembourg private equity and private credit investment group of firms (as purchasers that acquired a Romanian company) in arbitration proceedings before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Paris, in a dispute involving seeking compensation of roughly EUR 4,122,604;
- assistance to a US leader in global credit investment on the possibilities to challenge the over-taxation of electricity producers in front of Romanian courts;
- advising several EU credit/payment/ e-money institutions on the provision of their services on the Romanian territory on a cross-border basis, including advising on the Romanian regulatory framework for consumer protection, payment services, e-money issuance, AML etc.
