Alina Radu – speaker at banking conference organized by the National Bank of Romania and the Faculty of Law of the West University of Timisoara
On 25 March 2022, The National Bank of Romania organized, together with the Faculty of Law of the West University of Timisoara, the banking conference centered on the theme “Digitalization of the banking system. Opportunities, risks, and progress”.
Alina Radu, Partner and Head of NNDKP’s Banking and Finance practice, participated in the event and delivered a presentation on the introduction of new technologies in the banking system. Alina talked about customized solutions and flexibility in favour of users of banking services, as compared to standard solutions and contracts.
The conference aimed to tackle the current and complex issues raised by the impact of new technologies on the banking activity. The event brought together professors of law and economics from reputable universities, as well as renowned specialists working in the National Bank of Romania and local credit institutions and law firms.
