Ciprian Paun – speaker at the “Formalism and Freedom in Private Law” conference
Ciprian Paun, Partner and Co-head of the NNDKP Cluj-Napoca Office, participated in the conference „Formalism and Freedom in Private Law” organized by the Babes-Bolyai University Law School and the Romanian Institute for Lawyers’ Training and Professional Development – Cluj Territorial Center between 14-15 October 2022.
Ciprian contributed to the event with the presentation “The memorandum of association between corporate formalism and the will of the parties”, which he delivered in Panel III of the conference.
