Alina Radu, Partner and Head of NNDKP`s Banking and Finance practice, was a speaker at the online debate about credit administrators and the creditor’s obligation to renegotiate the loan, organized by Juridice.ro on September 9.
Together with the event moderator and the other speakers at the event, Alina talked about the emergency ordinance on credit administrators and credit buyers, sharing her insights on the topic as well as relevant aspects to be taken into consideration by interested parties.
