NNDKP – shortlisted for the 2024 CEE Deals of the Year Awards by CEE Legal Matters

Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP) has been shortlisted for the 2024 CEE Deals of the Year Awards by CEE Legal Matters, one of the leading regional legal publications.

NNDKP received nominations for two transactions in which our teams have been involved, one related to the acquisition by Nippon Express Holdings, Inc. of the shares of the multiple subsidiaries of Cargo-Partner Group Holding AG and the other related to the acquisition by CTP of a Romanian logistics portfolio fully owned by Globalworth.

The CEE Deals of the Year Awards recognize the largest and most important deals in Central and Eastern Europe, as well as the lawyers and law firms contributing to their successful completion.

The winners will be announced at the annual CEELM Deals of the Year Awards Banquet scheduled for April 1, 2025, in Prague.
