A First in the Intellectual Property Field: NNDKP Is Once Again Firm of the Year in Romania
Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen received for the second consecutive year the “Romanian Intellectual Property Firm of the Year” distinction at the award gala hosted by Managing Intellectual Property (MIP), yesterday in London. Partner Ana-Maria Baciu, head of the firm’s specialized practice, accepted the award on behalf of NNDKP.
Managing Intellectual Property, one of the most prestigious publications in the field of intellectual property, organized this year the tenth edition of the gala (the third that includes Romania), after it recently published its 2015 annual rankings. NNDKP maintained its position as leader in the area of patent and trademark/copyright contentious and is the only ranked law firm for patent and trademark prosecution.

NNDKP was also the only law firm in Romania ranked first in 2015 by World Trademark Review 1000 (WTR1000), a specialized guide in the trademark field, in both areas researched in our jurisdiction: prosecution and strategy and enforcement and litigation.
In the past years, NNDKP has also been ranked in the top of several prominent publications, such as IAM Patent 1000 (specialized in the patent field) and Chambers & Partners, the European edition.
