Ziarul Financiar – Law Gala 2016
Ziarul Financiar organized on September 29, 2016 the 7th edition of the Law Gala, an event that recognized the merits of the law firms involved in the biggest transactions that took place last years in various fields.
Our firm was distinguished with 2 awards:
The award for the largest transaction in the field of medical services; assistance provided to the Enayati family in the sale of Regina Maria to Mideuropa Partners.
The award was accepted on behalf of the firm by Gabriela Cacerea, who was also the coordinating partner for this transaction.
The award for the largest transaction in the automotive sector: assistance provided to Swiss Automotive Group in the takeover of 51% stake in the group Autonet.
The award was accepted by Razvan Vlad. The coordinating partner for this transaction was Adina Chilim-Dumitriu.
In addition to these two awards, NNDKP was also nominated in two other categories:
- the largest transaction in the agricultural sector: assistance provided to Paine and Partners in the acquisition of 18,200 ha of land from Sperhead International Limited. The coordinating partner was Ruxandra Bologa.
- the largest transaction in the logistics sector: assistance granted to CTP in the purchase of West Industrial Park from Portland Trust. The coordinating partner for this transaction Ioana Niculeasa.
