In response to the geographic breadth of our clients’ businesses or operational interests, we have continuously developed ways to ensure that the most suitable assistance and representation is provided on the ground, where needed. Established in 2011, our Cluj-Napoca office contributes to an increased efficiency of the integrated legal and tax services provided by NNDKP, including through swifter and educated responses thanks to in-person interaction and a substantial knowledge of the economic and social particularities of the region.
At the beginning of 2020 we consolidated our presence and service offering at local level through the merger with the law firm of Păun Ciprian and Associates (PCA Law Office). As a result of this merger, NNDKP’s Cluj-Napoca Office has now an enhanced capacity to provide clients with the full “Legal & Tax” services package, combining quality and efficiency, complemented by an integrated perspective that encompasses both legal and commercial aspects.
