NNDKP Debates Topics of High Interest in the Current Context In a New Lex Atelier Edition
Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP) organized the second Bucharest edition of Lex Atelier workshop sessions. The nine sessions which took place over the course of one day brought together NNDKP experts and approximately 300 representatives from some of the largest companies in Romania. The debates focused on topics of great interest during this difficult period, such as: the impact of debtors’ insolvency on credit institutions, business restructuring, FIDIC contracts, environmental liability, document archiving, the legal statute of foreign citizens in Romania, the negotiation of collective labour agreements, urbanism issues, fiscal audit.

NNDKP Hosts a New Edition of Lex Atelier, in Brasov
Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP) hosted a new edition of Lex Atelier workshop sessions. The two sessions, attended by representatives of the business environment in Brasov, addressed two topics of major interest in employment law and data protection: the reorganization of the activity – suggestions for avoiding conflicts with employees and using employees’ personal data.
