NNDKP Honours a Large Electronic Communications Company

Continuing a seven year tradition, the law firm of Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen granted the “Special NNDKP Award”, dedicated to companies distinguished by long term strategic vision, by support for and responsibility towards the essential values of the community and by the sustainable development model offered. In the spirit of the annual tradition, the award was granted during the ceremony organized by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture Timiş that acknowledged the most performing local companies, “Timis County’s Top Companies”. At this year’s edition of the event, the “Special NNDKP Award” was granted to a large electronic communications company.

NNDKP Discusses the Legal Implications of Using Social Media

Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen was the partner of the first edition of the Legal Issues in Social Media conference. The event, which discussed social media issues from a legal perspective, but also from a corporate communication and human resources one, reunited approximately 100 specialists from these fields. The discussions revolved around the risks faced by companies when communicating through social media and the solutions for crises generated or amplified by this communication medium.

NNDKP Organised the First Constanta edition of Lex Atelier Focused on the Changes in the Labor Legislation

Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen organized, in collaboration with a local law firm and with the Constanta Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Navigation and Agriculture (CCINA) the first edition of the Lex Atelier workshop, which focused on the changes to the labor code and the new law on social dialogue.

NNDKP Analyzes the Changes of the Labor Code and the New Law on Social Dialogue during the Timisoara edition of Lex Atelier

Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen organized in Timisoara the third edition of the Lex Atelier workshop session, during which discussions focused on the changes to the labor code and the new law on social dialogue. The workshop, which brought together over 70 human resources directors and specialists from medium and large sized organizations in Timisoara, was moderated by Luminita Dima, Partner and Head of NNDKP’s Employment practice and Eva Forika, Senior Associate and Head of the firm’s Timisoara office. The interactivity of the debates reflected the participants’ interest in the seminar periodically organized by the NNDKP team at local level.

The first Cluj Napoca edition of Lex Atelier organized by NNDKP focused on the changes to the Labor Code and the new Law on social dialogue

Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen organized the first Cluj-Napoca edition of the Lex Atelier workshop. The seminar, which reunited over 90 managers and specialists in the fields of human resources and labor law from medium and large organizations from Cluj, Mures, Arad, Sibiu, Salaj, Bihor, was a great success, as reflected in the highly interactive discussions among the hosts and participants.

Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen organized the third Bucharest edition of Lex Atelier workshop sessions. The six workshops that took place simultaneously throughout the entire day focused on topics such as: controversial aspects of the sale public offer, traps embedded in various company forms, risk of communications among competitors, specific real estate transactions issues, changes in the labour code, current fiscal matters.
