Ciprian Paun and Alexandru Aparaschivei – speakers at the VAT Conference organized by Solomon publishing house
On June 17-18, Ciprian Paun, Partner and Co-head of our Cluj-Napoca office, and Alexandru Aparaschivei, Tax Partner, NNDKP Tax Advisory Services, were speakers at the VAT Conference organized by Solomon publishing house at Pullman Bucharest World Trade Center.
On the first day of the event, Ciprian and Alexandru joined the third panel of the event which addressed the challenges of VAT deduction and refund.
Ciprian talked about the fictitiousness of commercial transactions and the VAT deductibility, and Alexandru discussed the right of deduction and its direct link to taxable activity.
