Ciprian Paun and Daniel Hadar – speakers at TaxEU Forum Cluj-Napoca 2024
Ciprian Paun, Partner and Co-head of our Cluj-Napoca office, and Daniel Hadar, Tax Director, Tax Advisory Services, were speakers at TaxEU Forum Cluj-Napoca, event organized by Evensys between February 28-29, 2024, at Radisson Blu Hotel.
Ciprian joined the discussions in the first day of the conference and talked about taxpayers’ rights, between substance and procedure.
During the second day of the event, Ciprian and Daniel held the seminar The typology of tax inspections and tax disputes in 2024, bringing to the public’s attention topics such as the judicial procedures in the tax inspection phase, the legal status of the taxpayer’s point of view or the procedure for suspending a tax decision.
The first edition of the TaxEU Forum Cluj-Napoca addressed tax issues during two days of presentations and specialized seminars. The event offered concrete solutions for the legislative and tax challenges of 2024, focusing on their impact on the tax environment in Romania, but also the ways in which companies can adapt to them in the current economic context.
