Daniela Gramaticescu – speaker at the fourth edition of the National Conference on Urban Law and Regional Planning
On 8-9 November 2023, the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, in collaboration with Universul Juridic Publishing Group, organized the 4th edition of the National Conference on Urban Law and Regional Planning.
Daniela Gramaticescu, Partner, Dispute Resolution practice, was a speaker in the second day of the event and talked about the work suspension measure, appeals, issues and procedural remedies.
The National Conference on Urban and Regional Planning Law brought together specialists in the field – lawyers, urban planners and architects, aiming to bring to the forefront the most important topics in urban law.
