On June 27, Daniela Gramaticescu, Partner in NNDKP`s Dispute Resolution practice, joined the speakers of the second edition of the Banking Law Conference which focused on the Legal Dynamics in the Banking Sector and Perspectives for 2024, organized by Wolters Kluwer Romania.
Daniela talked about the validation of the attachment and the procedural remedies to cover the damage suffered by the third party as a result of the execution of the judgment validating the attachment.
