Ioana Grigoriu – speaker at Real Estate & Construction Forum 2023
Ioana Grigoriu, Managing Associate in NNDKP’s Real Estate practice, was one of the speakers at the XVIth edition of the Real Estate & Construction Forum organized by Business Mark. This year, some of the most important players in the industry were invited to share their views on the current situation and future challenges for the real estate market, for all four market segments: retail, industrial & logistics, office and residential.
The event took place on March 3, 2023, in hybrid format, both at JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel and online.
Ioana joined the discussions in Panel IV – Focus on Residential, from 13:30 to 15:00, and talked about the delays recorded by investors in relation to the approval of urban planning documents at the level of the Municipality of Bucharest, as well as the newly encountered situations in practice regarding the issuance of “hybrid” administrative documents by the authorities that block the authorization process and induce uncertainty regarding the smooth running of the civil circuit.
