On February 12, Roxana Abrasu, Partner and Coordinator of NNDKP`s Employment practice, was a speaker at the online event `Reintegrating employees after parental leave`, organized by the OSC – Global HR Manager community.
During the event, Roxana discussed about the main fears and obstacles that employees face when returning to work and the practical solutions that companies can implement to facilitate this transition.
