Roxana Abrasu – speaker at HR Uncovered 2022
Roxana Abrasu, Partner and Head of NNDKP’s Employment practice, was one of the speakers at HR Uncovered 2022, a hybrid event organized by BussinessMark between 12-13 September, 2022.
On the second day of the event, Roxana delivered a presentation titled “Labor Market Brief Overview”, which covered the existing and proposed legislative changes impacting the labor market.

“A novel aspect is that a new interdiction concerning dismissal may be enacted. Namely, the fact that employers will no longer be permitted to dismiss an employee for exercising certain rights, such as the right to request to be reassigned to a vacant position in the organization, or for having several employment contracts or taking paternity leave. The express enactment of this interdiction will bring the matter into focus, and employees are likely to make use of it in exercising their rights”, mentioned Roxana.
