Roxana Abrasu – speaker at the ”Labor law news” seminar
On October 4, Roxana Abrasu, Partner and Head of the Employment practice was a speaker at the ”Labor law news” seminar organized by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Navigation and Agriculture Constanta, and the Territorial Labor Inspectorate in Constanta.
Being dedicated to the local business community, the event covered topics such as:
- the legislative changes of the Labor Code in 2024;
- signing and negotiating employment contracts;
- part-time employment contracts, online employment contracts;
- Law No. 69/2024 for accession to Convention No. 190/2019 on the elimination of violence and harassment at work.
