Ruxandra Bologa – speaker at Balkan Legal Forum 2022
Ruxandra Bologa, Partner and Co-head of the Corporate/M&A and Energy and Natural Resources practices, was a speaker at Balkan Legal Forum 2022, a reputable legal event organized by IBA European Regional Forum, IBA Law Firm Management Committee and Legal Development Foundation.
The conference, at its 11th edition, took place in Vienna on 30 June – 1 July, and was centered around the theme Legal Practice Transformation – applying the lessons learned from the past 20 years to the future and what comes next for law firms in the region.
Ruxandra was a speaker in the panel „Recruiting and Retention: The free agency of legal talent” where she discussed the challenges of the process related to the recruitment, selection and retention of lawyers, together with co-panelists Chris Owen (IBA European Regional Forum, Partner, Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP), Zoya Todorova (Regional Liaison Officer, European Regional Forum, Partner, Dimitrov Petrov & Co) and Florian Klimscha (Partner, Freshfields).
Balkan Legal Forum is a notable legal conference that usually attracts about 250 participants from well over 30 countries. It is attended by the most prominent leaders and strategic thinkers in the legal profession worldwide.
