On Wednesday, 8 November, Sorina Olaru, Partner, Dispute Resolution practice, was the keynote speaker at the second edition of the annual VIAC-YRAP-YAAP conference – New Horizons in Construction Arbitration, which took place at the Marmorosch Hotel in Bucharest.
The conference explored how international arbitration can best contribute to the efficient resolution of construction disputes in view of the current realities and emerging trends.
