Sorina Olaru – panel moderator at Bucharest Arbitration Days (BARD) 2022
Sorina Olaru, Partner in NNDKP’s Dispute Resolution Practice, participated in the third edition of Bucharest Arbitration Days (BARD), which took place on 9-10 June 2022 in a hybrid format.
This year’s event was centered on energy projects and investments and related disputes and arbitration as a suitable dispute resolution mechanism for energy disputes.
The conference brought together leading names representing relevant stakeholders in the energy and dispute resolution field: representatives of States, the European Commission, regulatory agencies, energy companies, counsel, arbitrators, and experts.
Sorina Olaru moderated the 3rd panel discussion – Energy Disputes: User Perspective that took place on June 9th. The panel included notable speakers from the energy and legal sector as well as members of the academia.
