Valeriu Mina attended the ODR Forum 2024
On June 5-6, Valeriu Mina, Partner in our Dispute Resolution practice, attended the ODR Forum 2024, organized in Prague by PRK Partners law firm, and the National Center for Technology and Dispute Resolution, a prestigious global conference on online dispute resolution.
Valeriu joined the Lex Mundi panel which brought to the audience`s attention various viewpoints on e-justice and ODR, including online courts in Baltic countries, ODR for disputes arising out of automatized or semi-automatized B-B relations, or the use of AI in litigation.
