Order no. 15/2018/1311/2017 of the minister of health and of the president of the National Health Insurance House regarding the approval of the Application norms of the provisions of Emergency Government Ordinance no. 158/2005 regarding social health insurance leaves and indemnities was published within the Official Gazette no. 31/12.XII.2018. The normative act is mainly justified by the recent amendments brought to the Fiscal Code and to the Emergency Government Ordinance no. 158/2005 regarding social health insurance leaves and indemnities.
- Some of the main amendments refer to the following aspects
- New provisions regarding the categories of insured persons
- New provisions regarding the insurance period
- Methodological norms regarding the electronic submission of data regarding medical certificates
- Methodology regarding the insurance contract for social health insurance leaves and indemnities, as well as templates of necessary documents
The normative act entered into force on the date when it was published within the Official Gazette. As of the date this order entered into force, the provisions of Order no. 60/32/2006 of the minister of health and of the president of the National Health Insurance House regarding the approval of the Application norms of the provisions of Emergency Government Ordinance no. 158/2005 regarding social health insurance leaves and indemnities and any other contrary dispositions are repealed.
