News on granting holiday vouchers
Government Ordinance no. 8/2014 for amending certain time limits provided within the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 8/2009 on granting holiday tickets has been published within the Official Gazette no. 585 dated August 5, 2014.
The new legal provisions introduced a series of time limits applicable to certain amendments regulated within Law no. 94/2014 on the approval of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 8/2009 on granting holidays vouchers, namely:
- holiday vouchers are issued by the National Authority for Tourism only within an online system starting January 1st, 2015;
- holiday vouchers are issued by the National Authority for Tourism starting January 1st, 2015
