The present Government Decision establishes that, starting the 1st of January 2023, the minimum gross base salary at national level, guaranteed for payment, not including bonuses and other allowances, will be of RON 3,000 per month (approx. It remains to be seen what other changes will be operated for specific sectors of activity – e.g., the construction sector, where the minimum gross base salary currently applicable is of RON 3,000 per month (approx. EUR 600).
