Tax Flash No. 28/2012
Emergency Ordinance 84/2012 regarding the establishment of the public sector salaries for the year 2013, the prorogation of certain terms in normative acts, as well as certain fiscal-budgetary measures was published in Official Gazette 845/2012
- The application of Law 148/2012 regarding the registration of commercial operations via electronic means shall be suspended until 1 January 2014.
- The tax debts having the due date and the reporting deadline on 25 December shall be paid and declared until 21 December. In case 21 December is a non-working day, the tax debts shall be paid and declared until the last working day prior to the date of 21 December.
