The amendment of the Fiscal Code
The Environmental Fund Administration
Emergency Ordinance no. 32/2016, regarding the amendment of the Fiscal Code and other fiscal-budgetary measures was published in Official Gazette 488/2016
We hereby mention the main amendments and completions:
– starting with the revenues derived in August 2016, salaries obtained from applied and/or technological research and development activities are exempted from income tax. The necessary conditions to be fulfilled in order to benefit from this facility will be established by a separate normative act;
– the transfer of legal ownership over real estate properties from personal patrimony as a result of the application of Law no. 77/2016 on datio in solutum is exempted from income tax for a single operation of this nature;
Emergency Ordinance no. 39/2016, regarding the amendment and completion of Emergency Ordinance no. 196/2016 concerning the Environmental Fund was published in Official Gazette 489/2016
– Among the amendments we mention the introduction of a new contribution to the Environmental Fund related to waste electrical and electronic equipment managing, as well as the introduction of a new contribution to the Environmental Fund for waste of portable batteries and accumulators.
