The syndicate of banks consisted of Banca Comercială Română SA, Raiffeisen Bank SA, ING Bank Romania, Unicredit Bank SA, Alpha Bank Romania SA, Banca Transilvania SA, BRD Groupe Societe Generale SA, Banca Comercială Intesa Sanpaolo Romania SA and GarantiBank International N.V.
