Ioana Niculeasa – speaker at CEDER 2017
On May 18, 2017, CEE Construction & Investment Journal, a top magazine in the real estate sector from CEE, organized CEDER 2017 (Romanian Commercial Real Estate Conference) in Bucharest, Romania.
CEDER 2017 is a unique conference gathering together speakers from Romania and Europe with extensive experience in the real estate sector; its format is structured in a combination of lectures, market analyses and open panel discussions on this industry.
Ioana Niculeasa was a speaker on the panel “Start making sense: Are fundamentals driving residential prices up, or are we in for a correction?” that addressed topics related to the evolution of the residential projects market and today’s prices versus the real value of these projects.
The panel included also Mr. Mauricio Mesa Gomez (General Director, Futureal Group), Ovidiu Sandor (CEO, Mulberry Development), Bartosz Puzdrowski (CEO, Impact Developer & Contractor), Rafaela Nebreda (Managing Partner, Imoteca) and Andreea Comsa (Managing Director, Premier Estate Management).
