NNDKP assisted Grab with all Romanian law aspects relevant for a strategic partnership
NNDKP has assisted Grab, the leading super app in Southeast Asia, with all Romanian law aspects relevant for its strategic partnership entered into with Telenav®, Inc. (NASDAQ: TNAV), a leading provider of connected-car and location-based services. The partnership with Telenav will allow Grab to leverage its geo-mapping capabilities to enhance its location-based services.
Ruxandra Bologa, Partner and co-head of NNDKP’s Corporate/M&A practice ensured the overall coordination of the multidisciplinary team of lawyers involved in the project. The core team consisted of Alina Dumitru, Senior Associate (Intellectual Property practice) advising on all IP related matters, Mirela Preda, Managing Associate (Corporate/M&A practice) advising on corporate matters and Roxana Abrasu, Managing Associate (Employment practice) advising on labour matters.
