NNDKP promotes 14 lawyers and consolidates six practice areas in 2024
Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP) promotes 14 lawyers in 2024, strengthening six practice areas within the firm. 2 lawyers are promoted to managing associate positions, 3 lawyers are named senior associates and other 9 lawyers take a step forward in their careers.
During this round of promotions Mihai Fifoiu (Corporate/M&A, Energy and Natural Resources) and Vlad Anghel (Corporate/M&A) are promoted to Managing Associate, while Cătălina Dan (Banking and Finance), Oana Popescu-Mitricoaia (Competition, State Aid and EU Law) and Ovidiu Sterian (Cluj-Napoca office) join the team of Senior Associates.
The 14 appointments span various areas of practice including Corporate/M&A, Energy and Natural Resources, Banking and Finance, Competition, State Aid and EU law, Real Estate and Construction and Dispute Resolution.
This new round of promotions is announced following an internal evaluation process and reflects the outstanding work and achievements of the lawyers over the past year.
