Sorina Olaru – speaker at the conference “Domestic and international commercial arbitration. Current practice and future trends in the context of the New Rules of arbitration”
The conference “Domestic and international commercial arbitration. Current practice and future trends in the context of the New Rules of arbitration“, organized by the Court of Commercial and Maritime Arbitration under CCINA Constanta, the Enterprise Europe Network Center and the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Commerce and Industry Chamber of Romania, took place last week in Constanta.
The conference targeted arbiters, lawyers, legal counselors, as well as specialized personnel from arbitration courts.
Sorina Olaru was invited as a speaker and delivered a presentation on “A streamlined and modern approach under the New Rules of arbitration. Structure, trends and goals.” Sorina is a member of the College of Court of International Commercial Arbitration, and member of the ICC National Committee for Romania.
The panel also included renown specialists in the arbitration field, including Marin Voicu (Arbitrator, Court of International Commercial Arbitration), Stefan Deaconu (President, Court of International Commercial Arbitration), Bazil Oglinda (Vice-president, Court of International Commercial Arbitration), Florentin Nitu (member of the College of Court of International Commercial Arbitration) and was moderated by Andrei Savescu (Arbitrator, Court of International Commercial Arbitration).
