Training for National Judges in EU Competition Law
Between 5-6 December 2018, the Academy of European Law (ERA) organized the seminar Training for National Judges in EU Competition Law in Bucharest.
The seminar is part of a project implemented by ERA on behalf of the European Commission with the aim of providing training in EU competition law to 450 national judges from at least 12 different Member States over a period of two years.
Georgeta Dinu, Partner and head of our Competition, State Aid and EU Law practices was invited as a speaker in the State Aid session of the training.
