Valentin Voinescu – speaker at Debt & Restructuring Forum organized by WJ Global Group in collaboration with TMA Romania
On May 24, 2017, WJ Global Group organized The Debt & Restructuring CEE and SEE Forum in Bucharest, Romania. NNDKP was partner at the event, together with TMA Romania (Turnaround Management Association).
Debt & Restructuring CEE and SEE Forum was organized in a series of panels and presentations throughout the course of a full day that addressed problems and provided solutions for investors in fields such as banking services, real estate or restructuring. The event was structured in seven discussion panels combined with various presentations and case studies.
Valentin Voinescu (member of TMA Romania) was invited as a speaker on the panel “Legal Restructuring & Distressed Acquisition”. Valentin was joined on the panel by Konstantinos Issaias (Partner, Kyriakides Georgopoulos Law Firm), Mirona Dolocan, (Head of Complex Cases / Special Credit Management, BRD) and Blair Day (Principal associate, Financing and capital raising, Freshfields). The panel was moderated by Speranta Munteanu (Partner, Head of Restructuring, KPMG Romania).
The event concluded with an evening dedicated to networking, hosted by NNDKP and TMA Romania, where the participants continued the discussions in a more informal setting.
