Valeriu Mina – Speaker at the Conference “New Perspectives in Construction Law”
Representatives of the academic environment, professional organizations, practitioners and representatives of public institutions met during the second edition of the international conference “New Perspectives in Construction Law” organized by the Romanian Construction Law Association in partnership with the Bucharest Academy for Economic Studies.
The conference addressed issues of interest on the construction market, from the impact of the new legislative changes to the new trends in the field (aspects specific to construction contracts, new regulations in the public procurement field, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution methods, issues related to special legislation in the field of construction, etc.)
Valeriu Mina, Managing Associate in the Dispute Resolution department, held the presentation “Risk allocation in Red and Yellow Fidic form of contracts”. The presentation was prepared together with Iuliana Iga, junior associate in the same department.
