17.07.2020 – The Government Decision no. 553/15.07.2020 on the prolongation of the state of alert on Romanian territory starting 17th of July 2020 and establishing the measures that apply for the prevention and fighting against the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic has been published within the Official Gazette no. 627 dated July 16th, 2020.
On July 2, 2020, Law no. 102/2020 amending and supplementing Companies Law no. 31/1990 was published in the Official Gazette of Romania no. 583/2020, and it will enter into force within three days as of the publication, starting with July 05, 2020.
The Order of the President of the National Agency for Workforce Occupation no. 491/25.06.2020 on the amendment of Annex no. 3 of the Order of the President of the National Agency for Workforce Occupation no. 457/2020 regarding the approval of the template documents provided by art. II, para. (2) of GEO no. 92/2020 has been published within the Official Gazette no. 566 dated 30 June 2020.
