NNDKP was part of an international legal team led by Luther law firm, that assisted Staffbase, a leading provider of employee communications management platforms, in the acquisition of the majority stake in the company 247GRAD Labs GmbH and the acquisition of the Romanian Dirico entity. Thus, Staffbase expands its portfolio with the content collaboration platform dirico.
NNDKP has successfully assisted Transcarpatica S.A., an important Romanian steel producer, in the complex transaction consisting in selling the ownership interests held in Someg Gherla to the LKE Group, a German supplier of handling and logistic products and systems.
